# Debug commands of @ferret/physics-chemistry, @ferret/physics-nuclear

Call with `world.commands.execute(name, args)`; `world.commands.list()` on the running game is the authority. Read from the sources of these packages.

- `chem.balance` — smallest whole coefficients of an equation: {equation} -> { reactants, products, reversible, equation }
- `chem.check` — audit the reactions for atom and charge balance
- `chem.info` — reaction data at T: {name, T?} -> dH, dG, K
- `chem.load` — load a standard species set into the library: {set} -> { loaded, species }
- `chem.parse` — parse a formula: {formula} -> atoms, charge, phase?, canonical formula, molarMass (kg/mol), gPerMol
- `chem.react` — add a reaction: {name, reaction} or {name, equation, A, Ea, orders?, phase?, catalysts?} (the equation must be balanced as written)
- `chem.sets` — the standard species sets and which are loaded: {} -> { available, loaded, species }
- `chem.standard` — add the standard reactions whose species are loaded: {families?, aqueous?, phases?} -> { added } (phases: melting and boiling, after the rest)
- `chem.thresholds` — the values that decide the events and the scope each comes from: {name?} -> thresholds of that vessel, or of every vessel
- `vessel.add` — add moles of a species: {name, species, mol}
- `vessel.heat` — set the heat exchange: {name, hA?, Tenv?}
- `vessel.react` — step one vessel by hand: {name, dt} -> { substeps, rejected, T, dTdt, settled, pH? }
- `vessel.remove` — take moles of a species out: {name, species, mol}
- `vessel.set` — change a vessel\x27s own thresholds and scope: {name, runaway?, ignition?, burstPressure?, entity?, position?}; null removes a value (the scopes decide again)
- `vessel.state` — amounts, temperature, pressure, pH (when the vessel has H+): {name}
- `assembly.state` — multiplication, fissions, energy: {name}
- `isotope.add` — put an isotope in a source: {source, isotope, atoms? | activity?}
- `nuclear.info` — what is in the nuclear capability
- `radiation.dose` — dose and dose rate of a receiver: {receiver}
- `radiation.map` — a grid of dose rates: {min:[x,z], max:[x,z], step, y?}
- `reactor.rods` — move the rods toward a position 0..1: {name, fraction}
- `reactor.scram` — drop the rods: {name}
- `reactor.state` — power, period, reactivity, temperatures, rods: {name}
